• Files are missing from the purchase, and our support team cannot recover them for you.

However, please note that refund requests will be denied in the following scenarios:

• Inadequate software or expertise to utilize the purchased item.
• Desire to exchange the item for another.
• Discontinuation of the need for the item, either by you or your client.
• Difficulties downloading the item (Our support team can provide an alternate download link).
• Request for a partial refund for an item that has now been incorporated into a larger bundle.

Upon the successful processing of a refund, the refunded item will be permanently removed from your account. Repurchase of the item may be restricted if the promotional deal under which it was initially sold has ended. If the item remains available on Rorki.com, it may be repurchased based on the most recent promotional terms displayed.

All decisions pertaining to refunds reside solely with Rorki.com's discretion.
